Terms of Service for Lumeris

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lumeris. These terms govern your access to spiritual growth courses, information products, and goods offered by Lumeris.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Spiritual Growth Courses

Our services include mentoring sessions, workshops, and guided practices designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, and directors seeking personal growth and leadership skills.

2.2 Information Products

We offer digital materials such as e-books, video modules, and audio recordings focused on spiritual and personal development techniques.

2.3 Goods

Physical items such as journals, workbooks, and meditation tools.

3. Registration and Payment

To enroll in a course or purchase an item, you must complete the form at contact Lumeris and submit payment details. All fees are due in full before services are provided or products are shipped.

4. Refund Policy

Lumeris offers a structured policy for refunds and transfers based on the type of offering:

4.1 Services

Requests for a refund may be submitted within seven days of the first session, provided no more than two sessions have been attended. After this period, refunds are not available, but any remaining sessions may be transferred to another individual at no extra cost if the request is made within thirty days of the first session.

4.2 Information Products

You may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase if you have accessed less than twenty percent of the digital content. After fourteen days or once access exceeds twenty percent, refunds are not available.

4.3 Goods

Unused physical products may be shipped back within thirty days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. Lumeris will process a refund of the product price, excluding any shipping fees, within ten business days of receipt of the item shipped back.

5. No Refund Cases

Certain custom or one-on-one coaching packages are designed specifically for an individual and cannot be resold. These offerings are excluded from refund eligibility due to the tailored nature of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and trademarks associated with Lumeris are the property of Lumeris and are protected under applicable rights. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lumeris provides services and products as is and makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumeris is not liable for any indirect or incidental effects arising from use of our offerings.

8. Changes to Terms

Lumeris may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website.
